I earned my master’s in social work from the University of Kentucky in 2012 and became an EMDR therapist in 2019. I’m deeply passionate about helping individuals heal from past experiences and reclaim their lives. I find joy in witnessing the transformations people make—no longer allowing their past to define them, but instead stepping into fuller, more meaningful lives.
