  • Do you accept insurance?

    I am an out of network provider and I am not associated with any health insurance networks. Therefore, I am unable to complete or submit any insurance claim forms on your behalf. I can provide superbills for out of network billing. I do accept Health Savings Accounts and Flex Spending Accounts.

  • How long are sessions?

    Sessions are 50 minutes long. 50 minutes allows us to catch up on recent events, implement an intervention and have time to schedule the next session.

  • Do you provide Telehealth?

    Yes, I provide Telehealth and in-person sessions. The client must be in Kentucky at the time of the session. This is a great option for those with a busy schedule or unable to attend in-person sessions.

  • Why does therapy SO expensive?

    You may only see me for 50 minutes a week, but I am doing more than 50 minutes of work per week. Your payment goes towards collaboration with other professionals, office rent, supplies, and utilizes, secure video platform for telehealth, electronic medical records, malpractice insurance, social work licensure fees, CEUs, and marketing costs. My fee is determined by the above items, my credentials, and my expertise.

  • Do you have a public restroom in your office?

    Yes, I have a private, handicap accessible bathroom.

  • Do you offer a mix of in person and Telehealth sessions?

    Yes, you may choose if you would rather be in person or have Telehealth sessions. You also may change this week by week if would like.
